Recipe of the Month

This month's Recipe of the Month is called "Coconut Overload Brownies"

This Recipe is the

Betty Crocker® Fudge Brownie

• Follow the recipe exactly how it is on the box
• Use 3 eggs instead of 2 eggs
• While mixing all the ingredients together
• Put about a couple handfuls of coconut ( about 2 cups of coconut)
• I use a 9"x 9" pan ( remember to spray the pan with cooking spray before you pour the batter into the pan)
